Is this official team merchandise?
No. Loud Goods is independent, fan-made apparel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any league, team or university. Every design is our own work. Read more on our About Us page.
How long does my order take?
Each item is printed after you order it. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping takes 7–12 business days in the US and 10–20 business days to the UK and EU. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@loudgoods.com with your order number and "CANCEL ORDER" or "CHANGE ADDRESS" in the subject line. After 12 hours your order is in production and can no longer be changed.
Where are the products made?
US orders are printed in the United States. UK and EU orders are printed at our partner facilities in Europe, so you get faster delivery and no surprise customs fees.
Shipping & Tracking
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada, Australia and most other countries. Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
My tracking number isn't working.
Tracking can take 3–5 business days to activate after you receive the shipping email. If it still hasn't updated after 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US, UK and EU orders are printed locally, so normally no. For other countries, customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
My order arrived in separate packages.
That's normal. Items in the same order may be produced at different times and ship separately, at no extra cost to you.
Sizing, Returns & Quality
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. The fastest way is to measure a shirt you already own and compare. If you're between sizes, size up.
Can I return or exchange an item?
If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged, misprinted), we replace it or refund you at our cost, no return shipping. For size exchanges or change of mind on non-personalized items, you have 30 days and you cover return shipping. Personalized items are final sale unless defective. How do I care for the print?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and don't iron directly on the print. Treated this way, the print stays sharp for seasons.
Do you offer custom designs for groups?
Yes. For tailgate crews, supporters' clubs, alumni groups or fantasy leagues, email support@loudgoods.com with "CUSTOM" in the subject line. Group orders of 10 or more pieces get free design service.
Payment & Account
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely; we never see your full card number.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders and reorder faster.
